Our pie crust is a flaky, vegan crust made with wheat flour, responsibly-sourced, palm-oil shortening, and water. Add the fruit filling of your choice cooked with cornstarch, vanilla, water, and sugar and a hint of spices. The top is sprinkled with sugar and baked not fried.
